fixed paralyze rune, its now working also 100% from tibia 7.4 (Taking 200 mana witch every use)

Fixed desert quest, its work now also when you have PACC you are able to talk with Djinns.

okay so the infos are:

buying hosting machine in monday
free 2 days of pacc on start
new Gamemaster (he'll help us to make advertisement)
for now PACC'll be only for polish players because daopay didn't answered me along time..
pacc cost not much so it'll be buyable in game for money (1 euro) (from players ofc)
tested scripts, web everything works
fixed ancient scarab raids on ankrahmun (2x wave)
house 200 gp each sqm (buyable from 24 lvl)
hosting machine should handle 150 players, its good for a start and we need more money to change it (also 7.4 tibia don't have much hunt places so its great balance for server)
promotion = 20k
fixed monsters loot to more realistic
server client changed to 2.0
deleted some commands (include creating items, teleporting)
experience =5x
skills = 4x
magic =4x
loot = 2x
spawns = 1x

You can make some like mastercore Djin for vip account , on mastercore was golden account - djin quest | always light , you can do that same so you will get much more cash from donation
